Rutherford County Schools Partake In Mosque Event

Here we go again. The Rutherford County School District, along with the Murfreesboro City Schools are participating in an “art project” with the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro.

Interestingly enough, the project is being conducted under the name of the  Murfreesboro Peace & Justice Art Project, and is titled  “Branches of One Tree, Rooted in Love.”

The following is an email that was sent out by Saleh Sbenaty, a known Muslim Brotherhood member and supporter. Donations are being collected by the other well-known Muslim Brotherhood member, Imam Ossama Bahloul.

In the email, it states both Mayors of Rutherford County ( Ernest Burgess) and the City of Murfreesboro ( Tommy Bragg) will be attending. I would have to say this puts them in quite a debacle. This is the same mosque that hosted an event with self-proclaimed Muslim Brotherhood member Jamal Badawi attending and admitting in an interview his relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood. This is the same mosque that upon its opening, the Executive Director of CAIR, Nihad Awad, attended and stood by Saleh Sbenaty. Nihad Awad, has openly stated he is a supporter of Hamas. CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in this country’s largest terrorism financing case, called the Holyland Foundation Trial. ( Nihad Awad center, Saleh Sbenaty 2nd from right)

This is the same mosque that attempted to gain special accommodations for Muslim students in a letter written by Abdou Kattih, a member of the ICM, but after the letter was exposed, it was said it was only “suggestions”

Kattih Email

This is the same mosque that sponsored a Muslim Brotherhood organization called “Connecting Cultures” to present “Arab” culture training to the staff and administration of the Murfreesboro City Schools, which Rutherford County sent employees to as well.

I would urge all community members and parents to call the mayors offices and the schools ( Dr Linda Gilbert Murfreesboro City Schools and Don Odom Rutherford County School District) and demand this “art” exhibit be removed. Once again, the Islamists have used their religion under the guise of a peace and justice project, and once again these  public schools have embraced it.

Dear Brothers and Sisters: I am writing as a member of the Murfreesboro Peace & Justice Art Project Committee.  This committee was formed to support ICM and promote respect for diversity, peace and tolerance in our increasingly multifaceted community.  Currently, we are planning an art competition/exhibition for students of the Rutherford County and Murfreesboro City Schools. The intent of the project is to offer our school children K-12 the opportunity to express their responses to our theme, “Branches of One Tree, Rooted in Love.”

The County  School Exhibition will open with a reception on Thursday January 9, 2014 at 4:00 PM in the Rotunda of the City Hall of Murfreesboro and will be open weekdays to the public until February 7 from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The Murfreesboro City Schools Exhibition, also in the Rotunda, will follow with an opening ceremony on Thursday, March 20. The exhibition will be open from March 18 to May 2.

Art teachers will submit their students’ work to be judged by a panel of MTSU Art Department faculty. Prizes will be awarded at the opening receptions. Please encourage your children to participate in this important event.

The committee is interested in promoting children’s involvement in the arts and in recognizing and rewarding excellence.  Therefore, we are asking you and others like you to make a contribution to a fund to be used for awards to the students and teachers. Please see donation levels below.

The name of the donors (businesses and/or individuals) will be placed on a plaque that will be displayed in the City Hall.

We are excited about the enthusiasm that this project has generated. Please take a look at our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Branchesofonetree Or our website http://peaceandjustice.wix.com/peaceandjusticetn

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Where/how did you find out about this?  Boy they’re just laying down the red carpet and kissing fanny big time now huh? What do we need to do??   I owe you an apology, did not call in that last show before Christmas, there just did not seem to be an opportune time for my topic, I am going to try and pull up your recent shows & listen  I totally unplugged from the grid over the holidays, between 70 hour work weeks and trying to spend some time with family I just had to, I let it go to long tho, just now getting back in the saddle!  Spoke with Dr. Bill earlier about his every county.com site, and getting an invite list pulled together for him from our textbook dist. lists.      Looking forward to seeing you next Tuesday!   Lisa M

  2. arnoldsmama says:

You are so right Lisa! Especially after tonight’s BZA meeting, they wasted everyone’s time for 2 hours when they knew well ahead of time they were going to approve the ICM cemetery. What a farce. Now this, with the schools – we do have the biggest bunch of a** kissers in the country leading this county.
Thank you “Daily Roll Call” for bringing this to our attention!

  3. Religious Scholar says:

I’m ashamed of the leaders for Murfreesboro. Their lack of knowledge and spine to assume Allah is like our God, Yahweh and that no harm is expected is astoundingly foolish. Allah is NOT a different name for our God of Kindness. Allah existed before Mohammed. Allah is an evil force who has no compassion for anyone – not women or young girls – who are used like animals. Animals are treated better in many cases. But bestiality is legal, as long as the animal is not sold in the community. The leaders will answer for this. If it doesn’t hurt themselves or someone they love in this life, there is still plenty of regret, shame and punishment coming in the next life. Wonder if whatever they sold out was worth it?

  4. Kaye says:

Well they, the Moslems had “already” buried at least one of their DEAD… look out Rutherford County, Tennessee… due to our “leaders,” our county will all too SOON be yet another duplicate of Dearborn, Michigan!!!
OMGosh prepare for Jihad “even” if you slept with the enemy … the way our elected officials have been doing!!! Just my opinion after MUCH opining!!

  5. bradleynews says:

Thanks for sharing! Keep the info coming! Give your Council men and women and start calling them out then replace them!
